Soldiers of Peace

The documentary Soldiers of Peace shows ordinary people doing extraordinary things to prioritize, initiate, and cultivate (PIC) peace.

How do we live our daily meditation affirmation, not just say it: May I be at peace; May my family be at peace; May my community be at peace; May all beings be at peace?

Investing in peace yields enormous dividends: security; prosperity; an environment where individuals, families and communities can thrive.

These are not possible with violence and wars.

Counter the investment in violence—it is cultivating the destruction of lives and livelihoods, communities, economies, the environment; and causing death, despair, and hunger. It is hardly wishing others what we wish for ourselves!

Filmed in 14 countries, Soldiers of Peace includes interviews with Sir Bob Geldof, Hans Blix, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Sir Richard Branson, HH Prince Hassan of Jordan, and many others with narration by Hollywood actor Michael Douglas.
